The following is a list of the exercises you will be doing, along with the equipment needed.
Exercise Equipment
Basketball push ups Basketball (or any ball about the same size)
Front squats Dumbbells (weight that you think is appropriate)
Chin ups Pull up bar (or anything that you can pull yourself up on without it breaking)
Power lunge Your 100% effort
Dumbbell step ups Dumbbells (weight that you think is appropriate), elevated surface (about 1 foot or so)
Rebound Jump Basketball (partner helps but not mandatory)
